Major Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with marketing and design teams to plan and develop site content, style and layout

  • Create and publish engaging content

  • Optimize content according to SEO

  • User Acceptance Testing for monthly releases

  • Develop new landing pages and designs to improve user stickiness

  • Maintain existing content and ensure up to date and best layout for the expected purpose.

  • Understand web & data architecture to be able to best design integrations to various sources of data and API based integrations.

  • Develop a keen understanding of the customer experience, researching, and analyzing user experience data and analytics to identify and quantify opportunity areas.

Qualifications

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

  • Proven work experience as a Content manager

  • Basic technical knowledge of HTML and web publishing

  • Knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics

  • Willingness to take initiative and ownership of tasks and deliverables

  • Must be a team player with ability to work and communicate with a variety of personnel

  • Must be able to work under pressure and within strict deadlines

  • Detail-oriented

  • Must be able to adapt to quick changes and tight deadlines

  • Understanding of digital marketing principles, including but not limited to conversion optimization, cross- and upsell, audience segmentation, A/B testing preferred. Knowledge of project management tools such as JIRA, Basecamp, etc.

  • Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Acrobat, Adobe Dreamweaver , Flash, HTML, CSS, XML

Education, Licensure, Year of Experience (and type of work experience):

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Previous relevant site content work experience required
